Please note everything is included aside from your fights and shuttles to and from the airport (we are happy to recommend a company to take you!) You will also need to pay for a tourist visa on arrival upon entry to Bali - this is very simple and $35.00 for a month. This is done at the airport when you arrive. Bali does not require vaccination papers for entry.
